  1. Consultation: you share your ideal schedule and non-negotiables in an ideal candidate

  2. Ongoing search: I take the time to seek candidates and screen them all to provide you with incredible options to choose from

  3. Proceed: once candidates and care are approved to hire, you are ready to capitalize on your newfound free time
